It’s embarrassing to admit, but even though I was living with my parents, I was just BARELY getting by with the money I was bringing home.
Often at night, I would get home, beat like a dog, with flour and tomato stains splattered on my jacket, carrying a box of left-over pizza for dinner.

To setup your new business with YourNetBiz, you will need to do the following:
Setup your (YNB back office)use the setup tutorials in the back office of YNB - This should only take a day or two, depending on your time commitment.
Apply for your Merchant Account (SWREG Only!)so you can take credit card orders - This is for you to take credit card orders online, a must have in any online business. Good news is, YourNetBiz is already pre-Approved for a merchant account with SWREG (international) and several others if you feel you need more than one. There will be no need for your credit to be pulled or any of the traditional headaches associated with getting a merchant account. This can be a painstaking process but is a necessary evil. :-) After you apply for your merchant account, make sure to setup your payment buttons in the back office of YourNetBiz. It is also recommended to accept Wire Transfers and Bank Checks from your customers, they are fast, safe and hassle free for both you and your customers.

here is your setup instructions for SWREG, your merchant. (This is the only merchant you will need)
1. You will need to first create an account with SWREG, you can do this through your YourNetBiz back office Login Here.
2. After logging into your account for the first time, you MUST contact SWREG through thier support email function.
3. Click "contact SWREG".
4. Select Technical Question
5. Leave Order ID blank.
6. In the description section you MUST put:I am a member of Your Net Biz and need the Advanced Level API integration activated on my account. Please also confirm that my payout from the sales I make will be sent to me weekly. I've been advised that because I am a member with Your Net Biz, that these actions are to be expedited. Thank you!

7. Click Send. Do this asap as it can take them a week to 10 days to get it activated.
8. Go back to your SWREG home page. (the place it sends you after you login to SWREG).
9. Click Create/Edit Products *Note- Very Important: You will need to return to this step once for each product category (Product Setup, Override setup, Referral setup, and upgrade setup) and for each level (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum).

11. Select One Variation and Direct to Cart, then hit next
12. Fill in ALL required fields. (All these fields are for members reference only, they do NOT show up on the customer's end for viewing)
*Product Name: Example, "YourNetBiz.com-Product Platinum", "YourNetBiz.com-Override Platinum". It does not matter what you name them, as long as you have each product a different name. When you are finished, you will have a total of 22 products within all categories. (4 Product, 4 Override, 3 Referral, 10 Upgrade and 1 test (test is setup later in instructions).
*Variation Name: Keep this the same as the product name in all cases.
*Product ID: Will automatically fill in for you. It will be your store #-Item # automatically, leave the default. (Make note of this product ID, you will need to enter this in your YourNetBiz.com back office. This will be done in Step 13).
Referral Setup Category: Platinum: DO NOT ENTER PLATINUM LEVER HERE> Platinum members will never pay a referral commission. Gold: $1400.00 Silver: $700.00 Bronze: $300.00

13. Click on Next then click on Apply at the bottom

Apply the products just created in SWREG into the member's back office. *Log into your back office with YourNetBiz.com *Click on MY MONEY *Click Accepting Customer Payments *Scroll down to where you will see a Green Button and then another Green Button for International Merchant Set Up *Click [~] Add or delete payment options *Put a check next to SWreg and press "Save". *Click Edit next to SWreg Credit Card payment option *For each product, you must enter the appropriate details: enter YOUR store # , product ID (taken from step 12 above),variation ID = 0 and
Delivery ID = 0. Click Save. Note: You must do each product individually and click save after each one!
15. After you have setup your main products, go back to your SWREG account to setup your "testing product". Do all the same steps above, EXCEPT for the "Product ID" and "Price" Please change "Product ID" to "9999999". Change "Price" to "1.00" **Note: Product ID will also have your store number as prefix, leave it alone...just ad the 9's as above.
16. Login to your YourNetBiz.com back office. Go to MY MONEY/Accepting Customer Payments. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "test this account" and run the test. IF you receive any errors, please verify you have setup everything properly. If you still have a problem, please contact us via the support desk.
FINAL STEP: Sit down and take a deep breath. You have completed a difficult task. Great job!
Once you have completed this, your SWreg will be setup properly to begin accepting payments.
IF you do not follow the instructions EXACTLY as written in the order they are written, it will NOT Work.
One thing to keep in mind. When a prospect orders the Platinum for $2995, depending on their daily limits for their credit card purchases, they may receive an error. If this should happen, have the prospect contact their CC company to authorize the purchase.
Note: You may choose to use your own merchant through your local bank, sometimes resulting in lower transaction fees than SWREG etc. If you do this, be prepared to go through a thorough application process with the bank.
There may seem like many steps to seting up your back office, take them one at a time, be patient and you will get it. Be grateful that YourNetBiz has such a dynamic system, most ecommerce companies are structured very poorly and are NOT user friendly. Moving on, Next...

Step 1.) Refer to page 51 and fill it out accordingly. We recommend going the route of 'mail processed' to save you the most money. Our print shop has a business account with the USPS that will save you nearly 33% over a 44 cent stamp. The minimum quantity for mail processed is 250 (qty). If you decide to mail 'non mail processed' you will receive the letters sealed, addressed and ready to go. You will be responsible for applying postage, but this allows you to mail at your own pace if you are on a tighter budget. Fill out the Direct Mail Sales Letter order form, and fax it in complete with credit card details, or with a check or money order to cover the appropriate amount.
Our print shop mails every Friday. All orders received by 5pm EST on any given Friday will drop ship the following Friday. By ordering 'mail processed', everything is hands free until step 2. Please allow 1 full week for printing and an additional 7-10 days to begin seeing results from your mailing. You will receive a proof with a receipt for your purchase mailed to you when your letters are sent.
Step 2.) When you begin seeing results, your only responsibility is to collect the orders and mail them into our office along with a copy of page 28 from Report 2. Further instructions are given on that form.

Success comes in many forms, for some it comes by way of flashy cars, others from more time with their family. I have always based my success upon the achievement of others in which I have mentored. For many years I have dedicated my life to that of having complete financial independence and freedom, something many people only ever dream of achieving. I have always been the dreamer in my family, the one who dropped out of college, the one who defied his parents, even baffled doctors when it came to my health. When I started building businesses on the internet I was making just enough to supplement my income. It wasn’t until May 2003 that I realized how the internet really could be leveraged.
